Six Kenyan traders are feared dead after Al-Shabaab militants attacked them at Dhobley town near Garissa County.
The Friday incident occurred after the masked militants opened fire at people at their shops while driving a probox killing four of the traders on the spot. Two others succumbed to the injuries while receiving treatment at a hospital.

Confirming the incident was Garissa County Police Commander John Samburumo who said that the attackers fled the area as he called on traders in the area to remain vigilant.
Investigation into the incident is ongoing as confirmed by Garrisa County Commissioner Mohamed Ramadhan who noted that they would like to know the reason behind the attack.
At the moment, the issue is being treated as a cross-boarder issue and could be related to matters religion.
