Manchester United has on Sunday confirmed that Antony will not return until further notice in order to address allegations levelled against him.
According to the club, they condemn violence and abuse as they safeguard those involved in the situation and the impact it has on survivors of abuse.
“Players who have not participated in international matches are due back in training on Monday. However, it has been agreed with Antony that he will delay his return until further notice in order to address the allegations.

The news comes barely days after Manchester United acknowledged allegations levelled against their winger as police investigation continue.
At the time of the communication, Brazil federation had dropped the former Ajax forward from their squad after his ex-girlfriend charged the Brazilian with physical abuse.
“Manchester United acknowledges the allegations made against Antony and notes that the Police are conducting enquiries.
