Premier League giants Arsenal has sidelined Declan Rice ahead of the Wednesday Champions League fixture against Inter Milan.
The news has however been termed as a precautionary measure as the club access his injury before their Saturday fixture against Chelsea.
“Declan Rice doesn’t travel just for precaution, not expected to suffer any serious/long injury.
Arsenal staff won’t take any risk as he will be assessed for Chelsea game.” said Fabrizio Romano
Arsenal fans have however cast doubt into the season which has since seen a number of top players remaining in the sidelines due to injuries.
Those affected include the club’s captain Martin Odegaard, defender Benjamin White and Bukayo Saka. Jurien Timber and Gabriel Maghales recovered from their injuries respectively and are now working on reclaiming their top forms.
On Tuesday it was confirmed that Martin Odegaard has resumed full training after sustaining a serious leg injury during the recent international break.
