Arsenal youngster Folarin Balogun has said yes to AS Monaco’s project as personal terms between the player and the club had been reached days ago.
The deal has now been left in the hands of AS Monaco and Arsenal who will discus the transfer amount and the structure of payment before it is sealed.
“More on Flo Balogun. Player has already said yes to AS Monaco project and also agreed personal terms days ago — deal being finalised between clubs. Arsenal insisting on final payment terms details then it will be done/sealed,” said Fabrizio Romano.

Balogun has been admired by many clubs including Inter Milan and Chelsea but his price tag has been a major concern as it has been termed too high for his calibre.
Arsenal fans have been begging to have Mikel Arteta to give the player some minutes given his success on loan in France last season.
The news also comes at a time when Arteta revealed that they will be busy with some outgoings before the transfer market is closed. So far Granit Xhaka, Pablo Mari, Matt Turner and Trusty have left the club.
Others on the pipeline include Tierney who has been appreciated by Real Sociedad as Arsenal insist on a permanent transfer rather than a loan move.
