Athletics Kenya has issued a statement confirming that its offices in Nairobi will remain closed on Thursday February 6th 2025.
According to to them, the move is to allow final preparation of the National Cross-Country Championships scheduled to take place on 8th February 2025 at the Eldoret Sports club.

“This is to inform members of the public and athletics fraternity at large that Athletics Kenya offices in Nairobi will remain closed from tomorrow, 6th February 2025 to allow for the final preparation of the National Cross-Country Championships, scheduled to take place on 8th February 2025 at the Eldoret Sports Club.” read the statement
According to Athletics Kenya, the offices will re-open on Monday 10th February 2025.
