Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been kicked out of Parliament by Deputy Speaker Gladys Boss Shollei after causing a scene on Thursday.
Babu Owino who present during the Kenya Young Parliamentarians Association (KYPA) discussion rose to challenge a list presented before the House angering the Calm Deputy Speaker.
Shollei called on the Embakasi East MP to calm down as he was going against the orders of the house only to be ordered out of Parliament.

“Babu Owino you are out of order. You do not shout at me. You better withdraw your remarks,” said Shollei
This was after Soy MP David Kiplagat challenged Babu Owino before the Deputy Speaker stepped in to calm down the situation.
“Babu Owino, I will read you Standing Orders 107 and 107a. If a member commits an act of disorderly conduct, creates disorder or knowingly raises a false point of order or unnecessarily interrupts proceedings the Speaker may caution the member or order the member to leave the assembly for 4 days,” said Shollei
