Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich are in talks with former Manchester City defender Vincent Kompany to become their next head coach.
The Burnley manager has been discussed internally by Bayern Munich who are keen to find a replacement for former Chelsea head coach Thomas Tuchel.

“Vincent Kompany has been considered as an option at several clubs in the recent days despite relegation with Burnley. Understand FC Bayern have discussed Kompany internally among possible candidates for the job.” said Fabrizio Romano.
As at yesterday, Kompany had already received a phone call from the German club and was open to talks with them ahead of a possible summer transfer.
“Understand Kompany has already received direct call from Bayern board to be informed on his situation. Kompany was open to discuss, still early stages but interest is confirmed — he’s in the list.” said Fabrizio Romano
