President William Ruto has on Thursday signed an executive order making nominations and reshuffles of Stet departments and foreign service.
Most notably on the list is Professor Edward Kisiang’an who has been moved to President William Ruto’s economic advisor joining Moses Kuria and David Ndii in the council.

Before the announcement, Kisiang’ani served in the State Department of Broadcasting and Telecommunications which has now been occupied by Stephen Isaboke who currently works in the Group Executive, Head of Regulatory Affairs at MultiChoice Group.
Amos Gathecha was promoted to Deputy Head of Public Service at the Executive Office of the President from Principal Secretary of Public Service.
Julius Bitok on the other hand was appointed as the Immigration and Citizen Services Principal Secretary from the State Department for Basic Education.Â
Dr. Caroline Wanjiru Karugu, flow is the former Nyeri Deputy Governor has now been appointed Principal Secretary at the State Department for East African Community (EAC) Affairs.Â
