Biden hits back at special counsel’s report that questioned his memory

President Joe Biden has angrily hit back a report by a special counsel that questioned his memory and ability to handle crucial documents.

The report confirmed that Biden willfully retained and shared classified documents about foreign policy in Afghanistan when he was private citizen but no criminal charges will be levelled against him.

Even though no criminal charges have been levelled against him by the Robert Hur special report, it is his memory that could spark a new debate as to whether he stands for re-election.

Responding to the report, Biden lashed out at Hur for questioning his memory especially the collection of events leading to the death of his son who succumbed to cancer.

Also revived by the findings could lead to comparison between Biden and former President Donald Trump who was accused of keeping away crucial government documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida and refused to hand them over.

Responding to the counsel’s report, Trump portrayed himself as a victim of a ‘two-tiered’ system of justice.

According to Hur, even though the incumbent President held and shared crucial information with a ghostwriter, it will be difficult for the court to differentiate the findings to that questioning his age.

One thing that clearly stands out between Biden and Trump issue if the fact that the latter returned the documents but Trump held onto them.
