Billy Mwangi, a government critic who was abducted recently has revealed that his X account was hacked and the phone taken away.
Speaking through a video shared by Sarah Mwangi, Billy alerted those on social media that those using his name or running parody accounts it is not him as he is now offline.
He continued by revealing that he is currently okay but not mentally okay something that he will get better with time after the incident.
Billy Mwangi is among five government critics who had been abducted by unknown people after the police denied any involvement in the cases.
Last evening social media influencer Gideon Kibet well known as Kibet Bull confirmed that he had been dropped at Luanda, Vihiga County.
The family also confirmed that he was on the way back home raising questions as to who had abducted them and where were they during this time. There release date is questionable as Kenyans had vowed to hold anti-abduction protests in various parts of the country.
