A case filed against Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Raila Odinga and former IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati to continue as planned.
The case filed by activist Khalef Khalifa against the three over the 2022 elections will continue despite the death of the former IEBC chairman which occurred back in February.

Appearing before High Court Judge Lawrence Mugambi, the lawyer representing Wafula Chebukati noted that he had not received direction on the matter from his client as he had passed away.
“I have not filed responses because the respondent is now deceased, and we are yet to receive instructions on how to proceed,” he said
In response to the information, the court directed that the petitioner to file a response in regard to the case before the court.
All other parties were also directed to file their submission before the case is again heard on July 1st, 2025.
