Chelsea is getting prepared to get their transfer target Moises Caicedo after reaching an agreement with Brighton.
In the new agreement, Chelsea will pay £115m for the talented midfielder who will sign an 8 year contract valid up to 2031 with an option of a further year.

“Moisés Caicedo to Chelsea, here we go! Agreement reached and sealed right now — it’s gonna British record transfer fee. £115m fee plus sell-on clause included for Brighton. Medical tests, booked. Caicedo will sign until June 2031 with option until 2032,” said Fabrizio
The news comes barely days after Brighton accepted £110m offer from Liverpool but the player insisted on joining Chelsea as agreed back in May.
Liverpool was forced to leave the talks and are expected to hit the transfer market again in search of a strong midfielder as the season kicked off on Friday.
