Chelsea has reached an agreement with Manchester for the transfer of Cole Palmer in a deal worth £40m deal plus £5m add-ons.
The deal has moved on quickly on Wednesday between clubs before the final green light was issued by Palmer himself.

The deal is expected to boost further the current Chelsea squad after making other impressive signing including the record signing of Moises Caicedo from Brighton.
