Former President Uhuru Kenyatta has called on the government to come and arrest him if they have any problem with him instead of targeting his family.
The former President was speaking in Karen where he had visited his son, Jomo who had his home raided by police planning to search for any weapons.
The visibly angry former Head of State was speaking following recent move by the government to withdraw security detail of his mother and Kenya’s First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta.

Government officials have also been on record accusing the fourth President of financing the ongoing demonstrations as called by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Uhuru’s plea to the government to deal with the needs of the people like what he did during his term in office. He also promised to defend his family and that his silence should not be mistaken for weekness.
According to President Uhuru Kenyatta, he vowed to surrender Jubilee party but he was not in agreement with the coup being organized.
