Public Service Cabinet Secretary Justin Muturi has on Thursday resurfaced with another onslaught against the government.
This time around, the CS accused the same government he serves of launching new projects when the numerous projects they had initially launched have stalled.
Appearing before the National Assembly Labour Committee, the CS assured public servants that their jobs will not be affected after the government dissolved and merged some State corporations.

“I don’t know whether there’s something wrong with our psyche as a country. I’m saying this because I’ve travelled around this country, and I know some stalled projects which have been there for more than 30 years. I went to a place called Wote in Makueni; you find houses whose construction started more than 30 years ago are still stalled,” said CS Justin Muturi
He continued by questioning why the government would commission new projects when others are stalled and if it was possible to have enough allocation to complete one project at a time.
“If you don’t have enough (money) to do all of them, can you finish one? Can we get enough allocation to finish one, so that the year that follows you can do the other.” he said
The news comes at a time when President William Ruto has been moving around the country launching new projects despite backlash that the previous ones he launched are either stalled or from the previous regime.
