“As I had promised her at our earlier interaction during the launch of the National Mobile Registration Outreach Programme at Shabab, I later met Mama Elizabeth Auma Ogega, the mother of Brian Odhiambo who disappeared in Lake Nakuru National Park two months ago.
I assured her that I will follow up on the matter and that the government will do everything possible to account for the whereabouts of her missing son.” he said
The disappearance of Brian saw residents of Nakuru hold protest accusing rangers at the park of being responsible and that they have allegedly been harassing them for way too long.
Fishing at Lake Nakuru had been banned by the government following the discovery of toxic waste in the lake that would affect humans.
