Agriculture and Livestock Development Cabinet Secretary (CS) Mutahi Kagwe is set to appear before the Senate on Wednesday morning.
Confirming the news was Senate of Kenya who said that the CS will be quizzed on matters pertaining his Ministry by a Senate plenary at 9:30 am.

“The Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development Mutahi Kagwe will make his maiden Question Time appearance in the Senate plenary this morning at 9:30 a.m. to answer Senators’ concerns regarding his Ministry.” said Senate of Kenya
The former Health CS has been on the spot over the controversial livestock vaccination drive that had been hugely been promoted by the President.
According to Kenyans, they whole exercise could have a hidden agenda that could only benefit a few as they have never had issues with their livestock until its introduction.
Kenyans have also questioned billionaire Bill Gates interest in the country especially on matters health and agriculture.
