World richest person Elon Musk has on Tuesday changed his X profile name to Kekius Maximus sparking a flood of questions and speculation.
Musks who boasts nearly 210 million followers on X not only changed his profile name but also changed his avatar to that of of the popular Pepe the Frog character with gladiator-like armor.
The confidant of President-elect Donald Trump did not provide any explanation to the name change and what that avatar means causing speculations.

According to local media stations, the avatar is a combination of Pepe the Frog and Russell Crowe’s character, Maximus Decimus Meridius, in the 2000 blockbuster Gladiator.
Pepe who signifies the once Boy’s club series allegedly came to be associated with the white supremacist and the alt-right in the run up to the 2016 Presidential elections.
The character was linked to the hate symbol, allegations that his lawyers have denied.
The symbol also suggests a game after he wrote ‘Kekius Maximus will soon reach level 80 in hardcore PoE.” PoE which features in Path of Exile 2, a game that Elon Musk himself plays.
Kekius Maximus is also linked to memecoin, a cryptocurrency popularly known for using the meme. The cryptocurrency currency boasts over 900% value increment causing speculation that Musk could be supporting it.
Last but no least, the avatar could be in response to allegations that he runs a burner super-fan account. Many online detectives have speculated that the Space X CEO could be running behind the profile.
