Faith Kipyegon was at it again on Tuesday winning the 1500m tittle in Budapest, the third in his career.
Kipyegon who is also a double Olympic Champion led from start to finish to display dominance in the track but kicked in the pace when the bell rang to finish the race in 3:54:87 seconds.
Diribe Welteji of Ethiopia came second 3:55.69 as Sifan Hassan of the Netherlands finished third in 3:56:00 seconds to claim the Bronze medal.

Speaking after the race, Kipyegon noted that it was her Gold Medal to defend as she looks forward to Saturday’s 5000m race.
“This was my big fish, to defend the 1500m, that was my goal.Going to the 5000, I am going to run my race and see what is possible,” said the double Olympic Champion
It has been an incredible season for Kipyegon who has already broken three world records establishing her name in the field of athletics.
