Law Society of Kenya (LSK) Nairobi branch has nabbed one Brian Mwenda Njagi masquerading as an Advocate of the High Court.
Brian was arrested following complains by members of the public due to his fraudulent activities as he also impersonated himself as a member of LSK Nairobi branch.

“The LSK Nairobi Branch Rapid Action Team (RAT) has nabbed Brian Mwenda Njagi (pictured below), who has been falsely presenting himself as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the branch.
The impostor was nabbed after RAT received complaints from the public about his fraudulent activities.” said Cyprian Nyakundi
LSK confirmed that the suspect lacks the necessary credentials to practice law. He is currently being held by RAT pending further action.
“According to the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) records he is not an advocate and has no license to practice law in the country. He is currently being held at the RAT offices pending further investigations.” said Cyprian Nyakundi.
