Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has hit back at SHA and SHIF terming them twin scams with those pushing it interested with the 104 billion tech-system budget.
The DP has been vocal following his impeachment calling on the President to respect the voice of the people as they are the ones who elected him.
Gachagua also revealed that the SHA system has been receiving the push from those planning to benefit with the budget immediately after it was tabled.

The DP also called out the current Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja for withdrawing his security and failing to arrest those behind the Limuru chaos when he is the one who helped him secure the job.
He continued by confirming that after his security was withdrawn, he has been sourcing the services of former soldiers, police, KFS and KWS volunteers to guard his homes.
Speaking during a church service at Bahati Church in Ichamara, Mukurwe-ini, Nyeri County, Gachagua called out the President for allegedly insulting Kenyans who oppose his plans and projects.
“Wakitoa maoni yao, hakuna haja kuwatukana—skiza tu, hata kama hupendi,” he said. “Hakuna haja ya kusema ati wako na mapepo. When it comes to this issue of cattle, there’s no need to call people stupid, especially those who voted for you.” he continued
