Felix Mambo Nduli, former Wiper Party Youth Affairs Deputy Secretary General has been charged with publishing false information about Machakos Governor Wavinya Ndeti.
Appearing before Mavoko Law Court, Felix was charged with publishing false information contrary to Section 23 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act NO 5 of 2018.
The case which is before Chief Magistrate Barbara Ojoo has seen the accused charged with publishing false information on social media saying that the Governor is UK enjoying herself and her family when people in his county are suffering.

“Only Wavinya and her son can substantiate bro. Mimi na wewe tuko Kathangaita wao wanakula Raha UK” a fact he knew to be false.” said Mambo on social media.
According to the court, the information was meant to cause chaos, violence and panic among Kenyans.
“The accused together on diverse dates at unknown places within the Republic of Kenya with intent to cause panic, chaos or violence among citizens of the Republic of Kenya jointly with others not before court published in social media to wit “ read the court charge sheet
Mmabo who was arrested on October 31st after ignoring DCI summons denied the allegations and was released on Ksh 200,000 cash bail or Ksh 300,000 bond and surety of a similar amount.
