Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has on Sunday promised to reveal his political direction come 9th February 2025.
Speaking during a church service at Almighty God Ministries in Mathioya, Murang’a County, the former DP noted that he was analyzing some perspectives he had received so as to avoid past mistakes.
“I have received many perspectives, and I want to analyze them carefully before making a pronouncement. We must avoid past mistakes of boarding someone else’s political bus without having our own,” he said

Those allied to Gachagua took the opportunity to call out Deputy President Kithure Kindiki and reminding him that Gachagua was elected by the people unlike him who was appointed by the President.
“Kindiki, leave Gachagua alone. What Gachagua is telling Kenyans is the truth,” said MP Jane Kihara
Maragua MP Mary Wamaua called out CS Aden Duale and stop demanding the resignation of counterpart Justin Muturi.
“Duale, you have no moral authority to ask Muturi to resign. Read the constitution on what it says if the government is fed up with Muturi,” she said
The former DP has embarked on a call to rescue the payslip accusing the government of slapping Kenyans with taxes making life unbearable for them.
“Payslips have been raided, leaving Kenyans struggling financially. We will restore dignity by abolishing oppressive taxes on both public and private sector workers,” he said
