Officials from the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) have impounded manifest, a matatu linked to President William Ruto’s son George Ruto.
The move follows cries online calling for immediate action after a video of the matatu breaking traffic rules surfaced.
People could be seen seated on top of it and other hanging from the door as it moved around freely and even doing so before the eyes of a police officer who could do nothing but watch in utter shock. Another matatu behind it was also caught on video breaking the rules.

Through a statement, NTSA noted that the two PSV’s are at the police station for processing and further action as they thanked the public for bringing the issue to them.
“We thank you for bringing this to our attention. The two PSVs are at the Police Station for processing and further action.” said NTSA
On social media, Kenyans begged to know what the police and other authorities will say if an accident caused by the matatu was to occur.
