Three people are feared dead following a grisly accident in Mavoko, Machakos County on Tuesday.
The accident which involved a motorcycle saw the rider and two of his passengers involved in a head on coalition with a private car in Mua hills area, Athi River subcounty, Machakos County.
Confirming the incident was Athi River South subcounty police commander Jos Mudavadi who noted that the accident occurred at 12. 40pm along the Mua Hills-Mombasa Highway and that it was reported at Kyumbi police station at 1:35pm.

“It occurred today at about 12.40pm along Mua Road at Mathatani area. It involved a motor vehicle of Mercedes Benz make being driven by a 41 year old man.
Upon reaching at the scene of the accident, he collided head on with a motorcycle that was being ridden by one Titus Nzili Kimina from the opposite direction. As a result of the accident, the rider and his two unknown male pillion passengers died on the spot,” he said
The bodies of the deceased were transferred to Montezuma Funeral Home pending autopsy and identification.
