Meru High Court has referred Kawira Mwangaza’s impeachment motion to Njuri Ncheke who will listen to the disputes raised by both parties.
Through her advocates, the matter will be listened to by the elders on Wednesday July 31st as revealed by court documents.
Njuri Ncheke will then be required to issue their reports in not less than 3 weeks to the court before the matters moves on.

The news comes at a time when the Meru High Court halted all proceeding in the impeachment motion until when it is heard and determined.
Mwangaza has been accused of gross violations of the Constitution, various national and county laws, and abuse of office by the MCA’s who have for the third time table an impeachment motion against her.
In the past, Mwangaza attributed the current political turmoil to her distractors who are threatened by her position in the county.
