“You have to reach the level every day at Manchester United. That’s why in this game he wasn’t selected.” he said
Responding to the news, Sancho called on people not to believe everything that they read and that he will not people to say things that are not true.
He continued by saying that he has handled himself well in training last week but believes that there are other things around the matter and has been used as a scapegoat for a very long time.
“I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won’t get into, I’ve been a scapegoat for a long time which isn’t fair! All I want to do is to play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team.” said Sancho
According to the England forward, he intends to play football with a smile on the face and that he will respect decisions made by the coaching staff. He concluded by revealing that he will continue fighting for the badge.
