Kenya Airways has on Wednesday confirmed delays in some flights for both departing and arriving passengers at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
The Wednesday incident follows a strike by airport workers who are protesting the controversial JKIA-Adani group deal.

“Kenya Airways would like to alert you that due to the action by some JKIA staff, this has resulted in some delays and possible cancelation of some of our flights for both departing and arriving passengers.
We will continue observing the situation and will update you on the affected flights.” said Kenya Airways.
At at Midnight, hundreds of travelers were left stranded at the airport causing long queues pending any services from the workers.
The Adani group deal has raised many questions as it has not been in public domain until when it was revealed by a whistleblower on social media.
