Kenya Railways has on Thursday confirmed the suspension of services along the Syokimau and Lukenya routes.
Through a statement, Kenya Railways confirmed that the reason behind the suspension was due to the constant attacks on the trains passing through Mukuru kwa Njenga by rowdy individuals who also barricade the train tracks and stone them.
“We wish to inform our customers and the general public that we have suspended train services along the Syokimau and Lukenya routes.
