Polly Irungu, a Kenyan and official photo editor of Vice President Kamala Harris has bid her goodbye to White House.
Taking on social media, Polly recounted the time she first landed her job at the White House and the memories she shared with the Vice President.

“Time flies! Today is my last day at the White House serving as the Official Photo Editor for Vice President Kamala Harris and as an Official White House Photographer.
As VP Kamala Harris says, hard work is good work, and I’m so proud of the good work our team did.” she said
She continued by taking note the impact that Harris has brought to the country and the thousand of photos she has taken.
“It’s been an honor to see through thousands of photos the impact that VP Kamala Harris has had on our country. Serving as the photo editor for VP Harris has been a humbling and rewarding experience. I owe so much to Lawrence Jackson, VP’s Director of Photography, for trusting me.” she said
