Businessman Khalif Kairo has on Tuesday been arrested over fraud allegations involving new cases as revealed on social media.
The second hand car dealer is now accused of taking full payment of a BMW but failed to deliver the vehicle once requested by the buyer.

“Controversial second-hand car dealer Joseph Kairo Wambui, better known as “Khalif Kairo,” has been arrested again—this time over fresh allegations of fraud.
He’s accused of taking full payment from a client for a BMW but failing to deliver the vehicle. Kairo was arrested today at the Milimani Law Courts, shortly after the mention of three other ongoing cases where he’s accused of conning clients in similar car deals.” said Cyprian is Nyakundi
Taking on social media, Kairo called for support and prayers from his followers promising a come back after all is done and dusted.
“Can’t keep a man who is determined to win down. We will overcome everything. Keep praying for me, keep supporting and keep wishing me well. Its a tough economy that doesn’t favour youth driven enterprise lakini calm seas never make good sailors.” he said
This is not the first time that the businessman has been accused of fraud with all his clients demanding payment or delivery of their vehicles.
