Kirinyaga Woman Representative Jane Njeri Maina has confirmed that she has forgiven Governor Anne Waiguru.
Speaking on Saturday in Ndia, Kirinyaga County during the commissioning of links road, Njeri told the crowd that had gathered that she has forgiven the Governor over the August feud that led to her hospitalization.
She also called for unity among Kirinyaga leaders adding that she has also forgiven the goons that attacked her.

“While you were away Your Excellency, there were people who had plotted against me, and I’m urging Kirinyaga leaders to foster peaceful politics. I want to declare in public that I have forgiven Governor Waiguru,” she said.
In August during the development tour by the Woman Rep. those allied to the Governor clashed over allegations that the County boss had failed in delivery to the people of Kirinyaga.
After the attack, Njeri Maina was airlifted to Nairobi for treatment before flying back to the County to file a report with the police.
