At least 10 people are feared dead along the Kisumu – Kakamega road at Iguhu River Yala bridge following a grisly accident in the evening.
At the time of the accident, two 14 seater matatus heading to Chavakali were hit an oil tanker that lost control along the busy highway.
Those injured after the accident were rushed to Mbale and Kakamega Referral Hospital with report indicating that most of them sustained serious injuries and fighting for their lives.
