The Kenya Revenue Authority(KRA) has confirmed a disruption of online payment services on their platform, an issue that is being solved.
Through a statement, KRA has called upon stakeholders to exercise patience as a team on experts is working on restoring it.
- KRA issues deadline on declaration of mobile phones IMEI numbers
- Russia’s aggression against Ukraine is unlawful, says President Ruto
“We would like to inform all our esteemed stakeholders of the ongoing restoration of services on our payment platform. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Our team is working diligently to restore services, and we appreciate your patience during this time.” said KRA
Some of the users of Itax have this week complained over the inability to register payments as the platform kept returning an error that it could not generate other payment methods.
After sometime the issue was cleared but it seems it did not last for long and once again other users continued experiencing it.
