A small fixed-wing aircraft made an emergency landing at Guara Primary and Junior Secondary School in Nanyuki, Laikipia County on a Friday morning, causing a disruption in the students’ learning schedule.
Reports indicate that two individuals sustained injuries during the crash and were swiftly taken to Nanyuki Cottage Hospital for medical attention.

The aircraft involved in this incident belongs to Mt Kenya Flight School and is identified by its registration number, 5Y-CIU.
This unfortunate crash transpired during an aviation training session, with the aircraft colliding with the walls of one of the school’s classrooms. Thankfully, no students were harmed as a result of the accident.
