Julius Kamau Kimani, the man who attempted to interrupt the photo session of Treasury CS Njuguna Ndung’u outside Treasury building has been charged.
Appearing before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi, Julius Kamau was charged with creating disturbance in a manner likely to cause breach of peace.

He however denied the charged and was released on Ksh 10,000 cash bail with the case set to be mentioned for hearing on July 3rd, 2024.
Last week Senior Principal Magistrate Ochoi ordered mental assessment of the accused before he was informed that Mathari Mental Hospital could not facilitate mental assessment of Julius Kamau.
