According to the Chief, Emilly attacked her husband using hot water before picking a panga and cutting her on several parts of his body including the head.
The victim has since been rushed to Migori Level Four Hospital where he is receiving specialized treatment as the suspect remains in police custody.
“We are yet to establish the motives behind the attack, but preliminary investigations have established that the woman attacked her husband because she heard that he was planning to marry a second wife,” said the Chief
