Police in Badassa village in Saku, Marsabit County are probing an incident where a man stabbed to death his pregnant wife following a domestic dispute.
According to the police, the crime was committed by one Halakhe Dida Dulacha on Monday night using a knife. The couple have a history of getting physical after dispute.

Confirming the incident was Marsabit Assistant County Commissioner David Saruni who told Citizen TV that the suspect has already been arrested and is under interrogation at Marsabit Police Station.
‘’He fatally stabbed her using a knife. He’s had a history of frequently fighting with his late wife, a mother of four” he said
Saruni continued by calling on the community to resolve issues amicably instead of taking matters into their own hands.
“I call upon the local community to seek guidance on maternal issues to avoid such unfortunate scenario in future,” he continued
