Manchester City was on Sunday crowned the 2023/24 Premier League winners following their 3-1 win over West Ham at the Etihad Stadium.
With only a game to spare, Manchester City were up against Arsenal who were only expecting a draw from their rivals if they were to lift the trophy for the first time after 20 years.
Phil Foden broke the deadlock after 80 seconds when his strike found the far corner of the net. The newly crowned player of the season was at it again in the 18th minute when he swept home a Doku’s cut back.

Three minutes to the end of the first half, Kudus produced a goal of the season when his bicycle kick found the top of the net causing panic among Manchester City fans.
In the second half, Pepe Guardiola’s side struggled to find momentum until when Rodri cooled the nerves of the fans thanks to his low drive shot that sealed the deal for City for a fourth consecutive Premier League tittle under Pep Guardiola.
Even with the tittle at home, City will be facing Manchester United in the FA Cup final which could be their second tittle given the poor Manchester United form.
