Migori County Assembly has suspended two Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) for two months for allegedly breaching rules and regulations.
The two namely North Kadem Ward MCA Olima Obonyo and East Kanyamkago Ward MCA Norman Ogolla were kicked out of the Assembly for being unruly.
Speaking after the incident, the two MCAs noted that they were kicked out of the Assembly for questing the top leadership over their spending habits.

They continued by saying that the move was deliberate to frustrate them after highlighting alleged corruption especially by those occupying the executive positions.
Olima and Norman further confirmed that they have all necessary documents to prove the loot and that they will involve the relevant agencies including EACC to investigate the issues raised.
