Moët Hennessy Unveils New Strategies for Nairobi and Celebrates With Exclusive Food Pairing Event

Nairobi, Kenya, 26th Aug 2024 – Moët Hennessy recently hosted an exquisite Moët & Chandon food pairing event in Nairobi, marked by an interview with a top executive from Moët Hennessy Maison, Charles De Ponteves, Business Development Director for Africa and the Middle East.


In a candid interview, Moët Hennessy’s Business Development Director for Africa and the Middle East, Charles, shared the company’s strategic outlook for the region. Later in the evening, guests were treated to a curated Moët & Chandon food pairing dinner at JW Marriot, designed to offer a gourmet experience that perfectly complemented the brand’s renowned champagne. The menu included a variety of delicacies:

  • Salad: Smoked Salmon Cylinder with Salt Roasted Beetroot, Mesclun Salads, Avocado Green, Apple Citrus, and Mango Dressing paired with Moet Brut champagne.
  • Entrée: Stuffed Grilled Beef Fillet with Whipped Truffle Potatoes, Mushroom Medley of Vegetables, and Mustard Pepper Sauce paired with Moet Imperial Rose champagne.
  • Dessert: A Trio of Sweets, including cheesecake with berries and pistachio snow, banana with caramelized banana and toffee cream, and JW Signature Chocolate Mousse dusted with chocolate. Moet Imperial Nectar champagne
