Moises Caicedo insists on joining Chelsea and has just informed Liverpool about his desire to play for the Blue this season.
This is proof enough from Caicedo that he wants to keep his word after agreeing personal terms with Chelsea since end of May.
“Moisés Caicedo has just informed Liverpool that he only wants to join Chelsea. Caicedo has decided to keep his word and only accept Chelsea as personal terms were agreed since end of May,” said Fabrizio Romano

The news will now see Chelsea launch a new bid for the midfielder after their £100m fee turned down by Brighton who were willing to let go of their superstar to the highest bidder who turned out to be Liverpool at £110m.
Despite the news, Chelsea have vowed not to give up on their target especially when documents are yet to be signed between Liverpool and Brighton. Medical with Liverpool has already been booked.
