More than 140 passengers and crew from the turbulence hit Singapore Airline flight have arrived safely following an emergency landing in Bangkok.
One of the passengers died and a dozen of them sustained injuries before they were flown back to Singapore enroute a relief flight.
The passenger who died was 73-year-old British passenger who is suspected to have succumbed to a heart attack.

“I saw people from across the aisle going completely horizontal, hitting the ceiling and landing back down in like really awkward positions. People, like, getting massive gashes in the head, concussions,” one passenger told Reuters after safe arrival in Singapore
An image of the interior of the plane revealed dropped oxygen masks and fallen panels as luggage scattered across the plane. One passenger could be seen nose bleeding after some are reported to have been thrown up hitting the roof of the plane.
