Collins Jumaisi, the Prime suspect behind the brutal murder of several women at Mukuru Kwa Njenga now claims that he was tortured by the police.
Appearing before Makadara Law Courts, Collin’s lawyer John Maina Ndegwa claimed that that his client was tortured by the police so as to confess to the ordeal even after he denied the allegations.
Ngegwa also notified the court that Collins was in dire need of medical attention given the treatment he allegedly received in custody.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on the other hand denied the allegation insisting that only one officer was assigned to him when recording a statement.
DCI continued by requesting ample time to conduct their investigation and most importantly to stop any further occurrence of what has just happened. They requested for 30 days so as to gather witnesses, obtain DNA samples and conduct mental assessment on the suspect as well.
Already Collins is facing allegation of killing his wife, allegations that were confirmed after his arrest where a number of assorted items were also recovered.
