Mumbuni North MCA Gideon Kavuu has on Saturday passed on while receiving treatment at a Machakos hospital.
Kavuu was among several leaders who attended the just concluded Devolution conference in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County.
According to reports, the legislator fell ill and was rushed to the hospital by his family members before succumbing.

The Mumbuni North MCA won the seat after vying through the Maendeleo Chap Chap party in the August 2022 elections.
Mourning the legislator was Maendeleo Chap Chap party leader Dr. Alfred Mutua who termed him as a humble and dedicated leader.
