Nairobi Hospital Acting Finance Director Eric Maigo was found dead at his Woodley home with stab wounds indicating that he had been murdered.
Police acting on the news confirmed that Maigo had sustained 16 stab wounds, some on the side and ten of them on his chest before meeting his death.

A mysterious woman is now on the police radar after it was established that she was in the company of the deceased and must have left through the window to avoid being detected.
““We are still on the case, but the neighbours said they heard him groaning in pain and the woman who was in the house refused to open the door, but had escaped when police arrived,” Kilimani Police Station boss Moss Ndiwa
The death of Maigo was further confirmed by Nairobi Hospital CEO James Nyamongo through an internal memo at the institution.
