Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyau has revealed that the ceasefire that was to take effect on Sunday morning will not happen until Hamas release the hostages.
Revealing the details was Netanyau’s office months after Israel caused terror in Gaza for 15 months through powerful military attacks.
“The prime minister instructed the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) that the ceasefire, which is supposed to go into effect
at 8.30am, will not begin until Israel has the list of released abductees that Hamas has pledged to provide,” read the statement.

Hours before the ceasefire was supposed to begin, the Prime Minister issued his first warning that the agreement will not go ahead until three hostages on the list including three women are released on Sunday.
Hamas are expected to release hostages in exchange of hundreds of Palestinians held in Israel bringing to an end a 15-month war between the two. Hamas on there part has termed the delay in releasing the hostages as a technical field reason.
On Friday, Israel cabinet agreed on the ceasefire following negotiations handled by the US, Qatar and Egypt as announced on Wednesday.
