former Barcelona star Neymar is heading back to Santos, his boyhood club after both sides reached a verbal agreement.
At as Monday, both sides were working on a formula on a deal with Al Hilal and check the contracts before another step could be taken.
“Neymar’s return to Santos now imminent as verbal agreement has been reached. Formal steps to follow next week for final formula of the deal from Al Hilal and contracts to be checked. Neymar already said yes to the move.” said Fabrizio Romano

Hours later Al Hilal terminated his contract with immediate effect paving way for his travel as medicals had been booked before his formal confirmation as a new Santos player.
“Neymar Jr back to Santos, story confirmed and HERE WE GO!Al Hilal have terminated Ney’s contract with immediate effect as the Brazilian will now travel for medical and sign in as new Santos player. Back to Santos, back to Vila Belmiro.” said Fabrizio Romano
The return of Neymar to Santos has been on a limbo given his recent string of injuries before and after joining the Saudi Arabian club.
