The airline has been accused of failing to complete refunds, mishandling passengers baggage and failing to respond promptly to directives by NCAA.
Ethiopian Airlines well known for its global reach and operational excellence has raised eyebrows into its operation after the ban.
NCAA noted that the regulations do not exempt leading international airlines like Ethiopian Airlines.
“We are committed to protecting passengers and ensuring airlines adhere to the rules,” said NCAA director Michael Achimugu during a press conference.
