Drama was witnessed in Nakuru after police officers stormed a church in search of protesters believed to be inside the church.
The incident which was captured on CCTV revealed a number of police officer storming into the building in search of the day’s protesters in the city.
Those inside the church could be seen lying on the ground in fear of being descended by the armed police.

It has since been established that the congregants were from attending the afternoon mass and the priest was halfway into praying for one of the members.
Confirming the incident was the Church Bishop who accused the police of using live bullets and beating some of the members.
“Why shoot live bullets and beat people in our Church, we had our normal lunch hour service. Rev Patriciah Benson was praying for members. As the Bishop of Chosen Generation Church I condemn this act of excessive use of force by the police,” he said
The incident comes at a time when Kenyans from various counties held demonstration calling on the need of good governance as some demanded the resignation of some of the leaders.
